Last school year we talked about typical British meals in our lessons of English conversation and at the end of the year we tried it on our own. We prepared traditional British “cream teas” (another name for scones) for five-o´clock tea. It is a kind of dessert that British people like to eat when having tea or coffee. And we were very successful, they were really yummi!

Loňský školní rok jsme si v hodinách Konverzace v AJ povídali o typických britských jídlech a na konci školního roku jsme si je sami vyzkoušeli. Připravili jsme tradiční britské „cream teas“ (další název pro scony) k čaji o páté. Je to druh desertu, který Britové rádi jedí k čaji nebo kávě. A byli jsme opravdu úspěšní, scony byly mňamka!
